DESCRIPTION:To mark April being Stress Awareness Month\, the BID is hosting wellbeing activities that focus on destressing\, resilience and mindfulness. \nMindful Moment is a led mindfulness practice\, brought to you by Hammersmith BID and Lumi Power Yoga and delivered via Zoom. \nThis is a series of short sessions\, held every Wednesday in April – each will provide a break from busyness and gives participants an opportunity to get present\, breathe and connect with the moment. Mindfulness has the power to reduce stress and refresh your whole being. \nParticipants can sign up for the series\, or join individual sessions. \nTo register – please click here.
