The William Morris Society was founded in 1955 to share knowledge of the life and works of William Morris amongst our members and the wider public.

The museum is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the Society curated its very first online exhibition, Highlights from the William Morris Society’s Collection, during the lockdown period.
