WELLBEING: Irish Cultural Centre, St Patrick’s Day Lunchtime Concert

The Irish Cultural Centre continues its popular Culture Hotline series – free lunchtime performances from a range of talented Irish musicians. Today, 17 March sees a special performance for St Patrick’s Day.
The Culture Hotline was developed in response to the ongoing pandemic, as a way of reaching people in danger of loneliness or isolation. The concerts are free to access online and can be reached from anywhere in the UK. They aim to improve wellbeing and mental health. The Hotline also benefits artists by giving them an opportunity to develop and programme and perform, in the absence of live performances.
During this third lockdown – ICAP will also welcome calls and give advice and tips for keeping well during lockdown.
All concerts take place on Wednesdays between 1 – 2pm. This fourth concert in the series celebrates St Patrick’s day with harpist Seana Davey with balladeer Phelim Drew.
