“I was buying a present for a young relative and this chap went above and beyond with finding different make up alternatives and reading me instructions as I did not have my glasses with me. The items were supposed to be 3 for 2 but when I went to cashpoint this did not show, he then proceeded to take control and give me the offer. It really restored my faith in good customer service.”
