Leap for Starlight! A day of wellness and movement
Did you know 2024 is a leap year? Make the most of the extra day and leap with us for Starlight on Thursday 29 February!
We’re partnering with Livat Hammersmith and Starlight to host a day of wellness and movement in aid of the children’s charity. To mark the leap year, we need your help to do 366 sun salutations – the sequence at the heart of vinyasa flow yoga – throughout the day! Join one of the sessions for £3 or £10 for the whole day of activities. Our 11am session will be fully accessible for those with movement or other restrictions and all sessions will be fully adaptable, so all abilities are welcome. All proceeds will go to Starlight’s work supporting children to experience the power of play to boost their wellbeing and resilience during illness.
