Lunchtime Film Screenings – With the Irish Cultural Centre (ICC)

In partnership with the ICC, Hammersmith BID is showing new work on the Big Screen:
Two New Films, Directed by Sé Merry Doyle:
- In ‘The Battle of Blythe Road‘, the poet Niall McDevitt takes us on a journey to tell a rare tale of WB Yeats and his involvement in the study of magic as part of a secret society in Hammersmith.
- ‘James Joyce – Reluctant Groom’ tells the extraordinary story of how, after living together for almost three decades, James Joyce married Nora Barnacle in Kensington, London, on 4 July 1931.
