Opera Night has been among our most popular events across nearly 20 years of the Summer Festival. We’re thrilled to bring The Royal Opera’s La bohème to the Big Screen this summer.

Savour Puccini’s original bohemian love story. Set in Paris, Rodolfo and Mimì instantly fall in love at first sight. But that happiness is threatened when Rodolfo learns that Mimì is gravely ill. Can friendship and love sustain these young bohemians through their hardship?

The showing begins at 6pm, with live music on Lyric Square from 4pm.
