Parcels Not Pollution
Building on our pilot scheme at Hammersmith BID, H&F Council is now working with cargo bike industry experts MP Smarter Travel to expand the Parcels Not Pollution offer. Local businesses can access free expert advice and subsidies of up to £600.
MP Smarter Travel match businesses with cargo bike-based services such as couriers, trades people, suppliers, etc. If you’re a business interested in purchasing your own cargo bike, they will also provide advice on the best type of cargo bike for your business and transportation needs.
Running until March 2023, businesses can receive:

- £600 towards purchasing or leasing a cargo bike
- 50 per cent off the cost of using a cargo bike service in a one-month period (maximum subsidy £150)
