15 Apr Parcels not Pollution supports H&F Foodbank
Hammersmith BID’s Parcels not Pollution delivery service is supporting Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank by collecting donations from Sainsbury’s in Kings Mall, North End Crescent and Townmead Road and delivering to the Foodbank’s warehouse multiple times a week.
The BID is happy to be working with the Foodbank, part of the Trussell Trust, throughout the crisis to ease pressure where we can.
The Foodbank has issued an appeal for donations, as the effects of COVID-19, including the closure of schools and restrictions on movement, have resulted in a drop in supplies.
To ensure the Foodbank is adequately supplied, businesses or residents can leave food at supermarket donation points, or donate online via Bankuet.
