18 Aug Hammersmith BID’s Big Screen returns
After a long summer of lockdown, during which Hammersmith BID has been engaging with our businesses and community on a wide variety of initiatives we are happy to see the return of businesses, shoppers, workers and visitors to Hammersmith.
While we are unable to stage the BID’s usual Summer Festival in Lyric Square, we are delighted to announce that we are bringing back the Big Screen to the town centre. The Big Screen, like our Touring Kerbside Performances, is a way of bringing as much colour, music, information and entertainment to our community as possible, whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines and ensuring the safety of our audiences and passers by.
The Big Screen will be located on Lyric Square, and will broadcast a variety of content throughout the day, from local news and images, to recorded performances. We will also be reaching out to our businesses, to invite them to use the Screen for their own messaging, commentary or film clips. Please click here to get in touch about submitting content. The Screen will commence its programme of content from Thursday 20th August.
