18 Oct New round of Additional Restrictions Grants opens
Businesses and organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham can now apply through Hammersmith & Fulham Council, for the latest round of the Additional Restrictions Grants which include a Recovery Fund and an Arts Business Fund.
These grants are aimed at helping micro and small businesses to pay towards their fixed costs from April 2021.
Self-employed people who have received Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) payments are eligible for the Recovery Fund but not the Arts Business Fund.
This grant is available to support businesses that:
- were severely impacted by coronavirus restrictions
- were not eligible for the Restart Grant scheme
- have received no other government business grant funding
- were further impacted or had to remain closed due to the delay to stage 4 of the roadmap moving to 19 July 2021
For guidance, businesses must be able to demonstrate a loss of income of at least 30% from 1 April 2021 to 31 July 2021 compared to their income during 2019 before the pandemic.
Newer businesses can provide evidence to demonstrate a loss of income of at least 30% from 1 April 2021 to 31 July 2021 compared to pre-pandemic financial forecasts.
