The Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) has produced a new video to help security staff deal with unattended bags or other items.
Take a look at the video here and share with staff at your organisation who have a responsibility for security.
The video takes you through simple protocol for identifying suspicious items: HOT, hidden, obviously suspicious, typical. The ‘Four Cs’ – confirm, clear, communicate, control – will then help staff respond appropriately to keep people safe.
