20 Oct Have your say on Hammersmith’s Safer Cycle Pathway!
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) wants your views on the Safer Cycle Pathway interim scheme. The Safer Cycle pathway is the two-way segregated cycle track, providing cyclists with a route from Goldhawk Road and King Street intersection to Hammersmith Gyratory.
Safer Cycle Pathway (Interim)
King Street: LBHF completed the interim of the Safer Cycle Pathway in mid-December 2021. Funded by Transport for London (TfL), the first phase began along King Street and was formed of a Safer Cycle Pathway and upgrades to the accessibility measures.
Hammersmith Gyratory: The second phase of the Safer Cycle Pathway around the Hammersmith Gyratory sought to improve the transport experience in Hammersmith. This phase was completed in the Summer of 2022.
While the permanent scheme is still under development, the consultation on the interim has been launched and will be open until Sunday 27 November 2022.
The consultation seeks to understand the impact of the Safer Cycle Pathway on your commute and everyday trips.
