Keeping Hammersmith connected

Keeping Hammersmith connected

This week, we’ve been working with Audiolink to upgrade all the radios on our SafetyNet radio network.

The radios needed new repeaters and reprogramming, so the Hammersmith BID team got to work contacting all the businesses on our network to collect the radios on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. After a quick turnaround by the Audiolink team, the radios were ready to be returned on Tuesday afternoon.

In addition to reducing crime with a direct link through to the town centre’s CCTV, the radios are an important resource in safeguarding the personal safety of customer-facing staff, and serve as a valuable asset in reducing the risks associated with lone working.

If your business would like more information on joining the radio network or for staff training, please contact Luisa Martinez.
