Plans to reopen Hammersmith Bridge

There are plans to reopen Hammersmith Bridge. Hammersmith & Fulham Council is holding a series of drop-in events to exhibit plans for a temporary double decker bridge. Visitors will view plans and discuss them with the Council.

Currently, the bridge is open to pedestrians, dismounted cyclists, and river traffic. However, the goal is for motor vehicles to have access to the bridge while it is being strengthened and restored.
