2 Queen Caroline Street redevelopment: Have your say

2 Queen Caroline Street redevelopment: Have your say

Royal London, the current asset owner of 2 Queen Caroline Street, is carrying out a consultation on its plans to redevelop the site.

The site as it stands and the development plans

The site is located on the west side of Hammersmith Broadway Centre, within the Hammersmith Broadway Conservation Area. It sits opposite St Paul’s Church and Green.

At present, there is an empty five-storey building on the site, with retail space on the ground floor and office space on the above four levels.

Royal London wants to convert the site into a 14-storey building for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, providing 179 bedrooms. They are also proposing an associated community space at ground floor.

Have your say

The consultation is currently live, running until Sunday 22 September 2024. Access the consultation website to provide feedback.

Businesses and local residents will also have the chance to attend an in-person exhibition to view designs and ask questions. This will be held at the Irish Cultural Centre, 5 Black’s Rd, London W6 9DT on Thursday 19 September from 2pm to 7pm.
