Made in H&F relaunches on Friday 9 May

Hammersmith BID is pleased to announce the reopening of the Made in H&F gift shop in Hammersmith Broadway Shopping Centre on Friday 9 May. The shop will be open Monday to Friday, 10.30am – 6.30pm and Saturday, 11am – 4pm.

In partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, the Broadway Shopping Centre and The Artist’s Window, the BID will work to showcase and support the growth of 27 local artists and makers. From macrame accessories to gemstone jewellery, from original paintings to organic skincare, and everything in between, the gift shop has something for everyone.

Speaking on behalf of Hammersmith BID, BID Director Livia Caruso said:

“It’s brilliant to be working with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, the Broadway Centre and The Artist’s Window to bring our Made in H&F Pop-up store to life for another quarter. The shop continues to be a great addition to Hammersmith’s retail offering and a fantastic example of collaborative placemaking. It also offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase the many talented local makers in our borough.”

Cllr Zarar Qayyum, H&F Cabinet Member for Enterprise and Skills, said:

“It’s fantastic that we’ve been able to host a third round of small businesses at Made in H&F. The borough is full of small local businesses delivering exceptional products and playing a vital role in our economy. I’m very pleased that we’re able to bring some more of them to the high street so that even more residents can discover their work.”

Tim Struth, a Trustee for The Artist’s Window, said:

“We are thrilled to be part of the relaunch of Made in H&F. This collaboration not only shines a light on the incredible creative talent in the borough, but also offers a meaningful platform for local artists to grow their audiences and businesses. At The Artist’s Window, we believe in the power of art to enrich communities, and this partnership is a perfect example of how collective effort can open doors for emerging creatives. We’re proud to support a space that champions originality, accessibility and local enterprise.”

Visit the shop – located opposite the buns from home kiosk and near to the smaller tube entrance/exit and Tesco – to support local small businesses and celebrate Hammersmith & Fulham’s arts community.
