13 Feb Business Crime Partnership keeps Hammersmith safe
Another Pubwatch has taken place resulting in a two year ban for a drug offence and a criminal damage charge for more unwanted patrons in the BID area.
The Pubwatch is the mainstay of the HammersmithLondon Business Crime Partnership which will shortly be scrutinised by the National Association of Business Crime Partnerships and hopes to achieve its third Safer Business Award as a result.
Shopwatch is the equivalent forum to record retail crime issues and retailers have been signing up to join the online system. The system is designed to spread awareness of shoplifters and their methods to pro-actively prevent them from committing offences and improving stores’ bottom lines as a result.
