The BID organised two counter terrorism workshops for Hammersmith businesses last month at the Novotel Hotel. Following November’s terrorist attacks in Paris, the BID held discussions with the Metropolitan Police and borough commander’s office to issue advice to Hammersmith businesses.
The morning workshops were held on Thursday, November 19 and helped to provide companies with advice for staff and to plan for business continuity. The two sessions had a very good turnout as almost 50 people attended. The BID will be looking to adopt a more comprehensive and robust approach to counter terrorism in its third term.
