25 Jul A fantastic month of Big Screen events!
This week we say goodbye to our Big Screen in Lyric Square for another year, after a fantastic, action-packed month of activity!
Thank you to everyone who came along to our three film nights, daily Wimbledon screenings, Picnic in the Square, our Zero-Emissions Arts Market or entered our selfie competition. We held nine wellness events – from kickboxing to dance cardio – thanks to Hammersmith fitness businesses Fitness First, Lumi Power Yoga, 9Round and Frame. We were also thrilled to host several screenings of War on Women, a short film created by Chrstina Tomlin and Juan Cruz (both employees of A+E Networks in Hammersmith) and a lunch for members of our Women’s Safety Forum. Plus, we welcomed Hammersmith and Fulham Council, Dr Bike, The Library of Things and TIER for a variety of climate action-themed activity, like e-scooter training and free seeds, as part of London Climate Action Week at the end of June.
The Summer Festival fun isn’t over yet, with our free Lunchtime Concert series coming to St Paul’s on 2nd, 3rd and 4th August. Find out more here.
