Over the festive period, we celebrated outstanding customer service from Hammersmith’s shops and eateries through our Hammersmith Heroes nominations. Shoppers were invited to submit their stories of customer service excellence from Hammersmith’s hardworking retail and hospitality staff.
After much deliberation over all the submitted stories, we’re pleased to say that Superdrug was chosen as our Hammersmith Heroes winner 2024! Their pharmacy team won a bundle of items from our Made in H&F shop and a selection of Hotel Chocolat goodies to share. The pharmacy staff at Superdrug were praised by their nominee as being “extremely helpful and friendly… Her friendliness and willingness to help me made all the difference and made Hammersmith feel more like home”.

Our other nominees included Snappy Snaps, The William Morris, Sainsburys, Alma Cafe, Dragon Cat Cafe, Lumi Power Yoga, Falafel Stop, Chaiiwala and Skiniri, one of our Made in H&F traders. Congratulations to all, and thanks to everyone who nominated a business.
