We are thrilled to announce that we are bringing back our annual Summer Festival for the 18th year! Offering a jam-packed programme of events, our Big Screen will return to Lyric Square providing entertainment for all, as well as an array of other fun activities to get involved in across the summer – all free!
Climate Festival and Community Litter Pick
Tuesday 24 June
To kick off the festivities, as part of London Climate Action Week (LCAW), we will be hosting our Climate Festival on 24 June from 11am to 4pm in Lyric Square. Take part in our wildflower planting workshop and learn more about biodiversity in Hammersmith. As part of the celebration, we will also be hosting a Community Litter Pick on the day to tidy up our town centre. Sign up!
Big Screen
Back by popular demand, our Big Screen will return to Lyric Square for six weeks showing live sport including Wimbledon and the Tour de France. We’ve also lined up more film nights than ever before, providing fantastic entertainment for all!

Feel Good Tuesdays with Livat Hammersmith
Every Tuesday in July, 12-2pm
We’ve teamed up with Livat Hammersmith to bring wellness sessions to Lyric Square every Tuesday lunchtime throughout July. From yoga to breathwork and more, these sessions are open to all. Timetable coming soon.
Picnic in the Square
Monday to Wednesday from 14 July to 6 August
Grab your lunch from one of Hammersmith’s many eateries and make use of our Picnic benches and deckchairs in Lyric Square on Mondays to Wednesdays from 14 July to 6 August.
Sports Days with Fulham FC Foundation and Chelsea FC Foundation
Take part in goal-scoring challenges, football-inspired skills and other football training related fun with Fulham FC Foundation and Chelsea FC Foundation.
Football Skills with Fulham FC Foundation will take place on Monday 4, Monday 11 and Tuesday 14 August.
Kick Off the Season with Chelsea FC Foundation will take place on Tuesday 19 August.
