At Hammersmith BID, we’re working with local partners to support meaningful local causes this festive season. From a variety of volunteering opportunities to support for local fundraisers, there are many ways you and your organisation can get involved.
Volunteer with Hammersmith BID and Livat for Conscious Christmas

- Gift wrapping in aid of Barons Court Project, helping those experiencing homelessness

H&F Council Festive Fundraiser
Ongoing throughout November and December
The holidays can be a difficult time for some residents, particularly for those living in domestic abuse refuges. The organisations running these refuges do amazing work all year round, providing support, opportunities and housing for survivors.
The H&F Community Safety Team is inviting local businesses to get involved in a meaningful way by donating gifts or vouchers to help brighten the festive season for survivors of domestic abuse.

Hammersmith Fire Station seasonal event and fundraiser
Saturday 20 December and Sunday 21 December
Bring the family along to Hammersmith Fire Station’s seasonal fundraising weekend where you’ll find:
- Santa’s Grotto
- Christmas activities
- Local traders’ stalls
Hammersmith Fire Station is also looking for volunteers and local business support, including:
- Event collaboration
- Serving chocolate fondue, hot chocolate, marshmallows and Christmas treats
- Donation of decorations, drapes and snow machines
- Donation of children’s toys as gifts
- Volunteering as Santa or one of his helpers at the event!
