Council service centre – update

Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s customer service teams are available at 145 King Street while the work is completed on the upgraded service centre.

Set to become a ‘civic campus’ the scheme where the new service centre is to be located includes plans to build a new cinema and affordable homes along with transformation of the Hammersmith Town Hall building.

While the work takes place, council services are available in different locations including office space at 3 Shortlands in Hammersmith Broadway, and the Clockwork building in Beavor Lane.

The council’s postal address remains: Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, London W6 9JU.

Cllr Sue Fennimore Deputy Leader of H&F Council says: “Our new service centre is being redesigned to provide a much more pleasant and efficient experience for our residents.

“It was redesigned in partnership with residents and frontline staff to transform their services into a world class offer

“Most people now go online to access services, but for some that isn’t an option. Our new service centre recognises that some families have complex needs or would like to talk to our staff in person. The new centre will make that an easier, quicker and more pleasant experience.
