09 Jul Dr Bike returns with Tour de France on the Big Screen
The BID’s next Dr Bike session will be hosted at 245 Hammersmith Road, alongside coverage of the Tour de France on the Big Screen.
The date, 14 July, is also the thrilling stage 17 of the TdF: Muret – Col du Portet is an important mountain stage, and cycling fans will enjoy relaxing to watch the action on our Big Screen from a deckchair with their newly-serviced bike.
This event is taking place as part of our Summer Festival 2021. Keep an eye on our events page to see what’s coming up on the Big Screen at 245 Hammersmith road, and at our other venues, including:

Dr Bike, operated in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council, forms part of the BID’s ongoing commitment to air pollution reduction, as we support cyclists and cycle commuting in and around Hammersmith. Each Dr Bike session provides participants with a free bicycle maintenance session, with qualified mechanics checking brakes, gears, chain, pedals, frame, lights and your bike rack and accessories. Any issue that can’t be fixed on site will be flagged, and an approximate cost given, so you can take the issue to a bicycle repair shop.
Cycle owners can also get their bikes registered with BikeRegister, the UK’s national, police-approved, bicycle marking and registration scheme.
