29 Aug A brilliant day of family fun with Chelsea FC Foundation
We were thrilled to invite the Chelsea FC Foundation for a Family Active Day on Lyric Square, in partnership with Livat Hammersmith, IKEA and Starlight this August.
We welcomed 100 participants who took part in the Chelsea FC Foundation team’s activities and games, and handed out over 70 prizes and giveaways on a beautiful sunny day on Lyric Square. Stamford the lion joined us, cheering on the families and posing for selfies! Starlight, our charity partner, invited a number of local families who all had a fantastic time too and IKEA handed out free picnics to everyone who took part in the games. We also ran a Chelsea quiz – congratulations to our winner, who was the recipient of a JD Sports voucher, courtesy of Livat Hammersmith.
The families had a brilliant time at the event, and 100% of participants surveyed said that the event had provided support during the summer holidays.
