21 Feb Spin challenge with DW Fitness First and the Lyric Hammersmith

DW Fitness First needs you! On 10 March, DW Fitness First is hosting a sponsored cycle event in their Spin Studio to raise funds for The Lyric Hammersmith and are looking for volunteers to take on the cycling challenge.

The Challenge: Sign up to a 20km, 50km or even a 100km spin bike cycle challenge or whatever you feel comfortable with.  Every participant will be supported with access to a PT session per week and your own tailored training plan.
