31 Jan For the Culture at the Lyric Hammersmith: New events
Hammersmith BID are proud to be sponsoring the Lyric Theatre’s For the Culture programme. For the Culture is a celebration of Blackness Festival that champions Black British artists, activists and thinkers in our community.
Following the success of the first For the Culture festival in 2022 and a further programme of performances in 2023, brand new events will be taking place this spring 2024. We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary line up of artists who will take centre stage at the Lyric, including one of Britain’s most celebrated poets, Lemn Sissay.
