Hammersmith BID has represented the views of Hammersmith’s businesses in response to the Metropolitan Police’s consultation on the Police and Crime Plan for 2025-2029. The initiative aims to gather insights from Londoners and stakeholders to shape strategies for policing, crime reduction, and community safety over the next four years. The plan emphasizes a comprehensive approach, focusing on reducing violence, increasing trust in the Metropolitan Police Service, and enhancing support for victims. Read more about the plan here.
Recognising the concerns of our levy payers and in line with our commitment to tackling business crime through initiatives such as our Business Crime Reduction Partnership, we attended the online consultation in January and fed back on behalf of Hammersmith’s businesses along with our neighbours at Fulham Broadway BID.
