31 Jul Jessica Hepburn shared how to “live big and brave” at our most recent Women’s Safety Forum
We held our quarterly Women’s Safety Forum last Wednesday 24 July, and were thrilled to invite guest speaker, Jessica Hepburn, to deliver a talk about ‘living big and brave’.
Jessica Hepburn, former executive director of the Lyric Hammersmith and former Hammersmith BID board member, is an author, arts producer, adventure activist and has become one of the UK’s leading voices on fertility and family.
In line with her most recent book, ‘Save Me From The Waves’, Jessica touched on her personal struggles behind the scenes of her successful career, how to overcome life’s challenges and shared insight about living big and brave. Jessica also detailed her motivation to swim the English Channel and how she felt on top of the world – literally – as she reached the summit of Mount Everest.
Following the evening, we’ve received positive feedback from multiple employees of BID businesses who attended, describing the event as “inspiring”.
We would like to thank Jessica Hepburn for being such a warm and candid speaker, BID levy-payers for attending, and Disney EMEA for hosting the event.
Looking ahead, Jessica Hepburn will join us again in the autumn to share more on “your sh*t is your superpower”, as voted for by those who attended.
