HammersmithLondon has once again won a Safer Business Award for its effective Business Crime Partnership.
It is the third time in seven years that the BID has received this award from the National Association of Business Crime Partnerships and is the second time we have won with Distinction.
The award is given to those who harness local knowledge and the expertise of its businesses to empower them to act on crime in their area.
In order to successfully pass the accreditation, partnerships must show significant improvement and innovation since the previous accreditation.
With the addition of Shopwatch to the partnership, enabling retailers to see images of prolific shoplifters, the NABCP deemed the Hammersmith BCP was of sufficient quality to achieve a distinction for its continuing expansion and development.
The NABCP is the overall governing body for all business crime partnerships and employs experts in the field to ensure best practice is adopted throughout.
