Hammersmith Station is to undergo upgrade works this October as part of Transport for London’s modernisation plans.
As a result, changes are being made to the District & Piccadilly Line ticket hall so they can accommodate all staff as the ticket windows will be permanently closed. The station will continue to be staffed between the first and last trains.
Work on the ticket hall improvements is expected to last for one month and the station will remain open during this time.
