22 Dec Thank you to generous local businesses and residents for food bank donations
As part of our Christmas Gifts Market in December, we supported Livat in hosting a food bank donation point. We were overwhelmed with the generosity of Hammersmith’s businesses and locals, who donated over 1,700 items! This included over 1,000 tins of fruit as part of Livat’s Reverse Advent Calendar, 326 other tinned food items, 44 packs of pasta and rice, 40 baby items such as wipes and food, plus plenty of sweet treats for people to enjoy over the festive period.
Thank you to local businesses including Ikea, Livat, Specsavers and Creative Artists Agency, who all made incredibly generous donations that helped to support local people in need over Christmas.
Donations were taken to Hammersmith & Fulham Food Bank to be distributed to the community.
