We welcome the Hammersmith community to an evening of festive celebration at our Christmas Tree Switch On, taking place at Lyric Square on Wednesday 19 November from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
The highlight of the event will come shortly after 6pm, when the Mayor of Hammersmith and a special guest from the Lyric Hammersmith lead the countdown from ten before switching on the town centre’s Christmas tree lights.
Visitors can enjoy live music and entertainment, including Christmas classics performed by the Steel Pan Band Trust and beautiful carols sung by the West London Choir. To keep everyone warm and merry, Outsider Tart will be serving mulled wine and alcohol-free mulled wine for £2 per cup.
Families, friends, and local residents are all encouraged to join the festivities and experience the magic of the season together in the heart of Hammersmith. So wrap up warm, bring your Christmas spirit, and join the countdown as Lyric Square lights up for the season!
