20 Oct Hammersmith BID consults on planned project areas
In preparation for the launch of its forthcoming Business Plan, Hammersmith BID has today published an online survey, asking its members to feed back on its plans for a fourth term.
This will be the final stage of a series of comprehensive consultations. The BID has been speaking to our levy payers and business leaders in a variety of settings, including through our events, via surveys, through more formal meetings, or visiting premises.
We have sought to understand what our businesses have most valued from the BID’s activities; and what they would further like to see us achieve in a fourth term, which would run from April 2021.
Amongst other findings, some of the priorities that have been highlighted include: a greater focus on community – making Hammersmith a place where people feel welcome; supporting our local retailers, with a continuation of our Shop Local Shop Safe campaign; producing a wider programme of inclusive events across the BID area; and creating a sustainability strategy that works.
The new survey, published today following a Virtual Forum on our plans, sets out some of our existing and proposed activities and requests further feedback. All findings will be used to underpin the Business Plan, which we expect to launch in early November.
The survey will be open until 30 October, so please do make your voice heard and complete the survey, here. For more detail about our core focus areas for our Business Plan, read more.
