Throughout the festive period, we encouraged the local community to nominate their Hammersmith Heroes, letting us know about shops, restaurants and other businesses around town that deliver outstanding customer service and highlighting our retail and hospitality staff that have gone above and beyond.
This year, we received a great number of heart-warming entries detailing their experience of positive interactions while shopping or dining out over the busy period. Although it wasn’t easy, we have selected Gold, Silver and Bronze winners from almost 50 entries.
🥇Gold – Santander

“Each and every one of the team are so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous taking time and patience whenever we’ve purchased anything from there. Even from a simple photocopy request to a large photo transfer, never has any of the team made me (and my husband) feel inadequate due to our inability with processing the digital information, whilst all with lovely smiles. We really cannot thank them enough.”

It’s wonderful to read so many good news stories happening on our high street.
