Barons Court Project Wellbeing Packs

Barons Court Project Wellbeing Packs

Barons Court Project has created a Wellbeing Pack to help give people something to do and improve wellbeing during this difficult time. The pack includes puzzles, poems and inspirational quotes, journaling space, mental wellbeing tips, photos, something to colour and more.
The idea for the packs came from an online webinar and after they spoke to some of the rough sleepers who are currently housed in hotels.  They have begun to deliver these booklets to them and have just secured funding towards 2,000 copies so they can share this resource with other charities and local groups in the community. We will be including the packs in the Kings Mall support packages we have been sending out to the local community with Parcels not Pollution.
“We would like to say a big thank you to United in Hammersmith & Fulham, we are incredibly grateful for your support. We hope the packs will bring some respite and enjoyment to anyone who would like it.”  Michael Angus – Director
Barons Court Project continues to offer a range of support remotely from housing, employment, benefits, mental wellbeing and a friendly person to talk to over the phone. If you would like more information or to access some of these services you can give them  a call on 02076035232 or send them an email to services@baronscourtproject.org
“We are deeply sad not to be able to provide our regular services at the project and welcome guests to our community.   We are however working out how we will be able to open up soon and provide practical support onsite”
The pack is available on their website and is free to download which you can access here:
