Fitness First is launching brand new virtual reality exercise classes at its Hammersmith gym
The MOVE Virtual group exercise offers gym-goers a range of up to 250 classes which will be available as part of a timetable as well as on demand. With a library of sessions, Move Virtual provides a flexible and non-stop group exercise that people can enjoy on their own terms and at their own pace by an on-screen instructor. The Hammersmith Grove club has also extended its hours, opening from 6.15am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, to help people fit in a workout before their morning commute.
