Hammersmith BID, in partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham Council and Kings Mall, have transformed an empty unit in the shopping centre into a bright, creative pop-up shop, showcasing the best arts, crafts and clothing from talented local makers.
We are now recruiting for two roles to support the sales and management of the shop.
Job Title: Store Manager (Full-time) – Hammersmith, London
Reports to: Hammersmith BID
The Role
• Providing excellent, personal customer service
• Developing long lasting customer relationships
• Managing Inventory
• Closing and opening the shop
• Managing the rota
• Managing workshops and events that take place in the shop
The Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong retail background
• High customer service standards
• Analytical approach with great attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to work independently

Job Title: Sales Assistant (Part-time) – Hammersmith, London
Reports to: Store Manager
The Role
• Part-time position (28 hours per week)
• Helping to meet store KPIs and drive sales
• Greeting and consulting customers
• Acting as a brand ambassador
• Providing excellent, personal customer service and developing long lasting customer relationships
• Closing and opening the shop
• Adhering to all administrative and operational procedure
