10 Nov BID Ambassador helping to keep area clean & tidy

The HammersmithLondon Ambassador has been hard at work over the past month, welcoming more than 1,000 people to Hammersmith, visiting businesses and more recently reporting cleansing and street waste issues.
She has been keeping a close eye on waste bags and fly-tip spots left out at the wrong time and at inappropriate locations. These areas and offences are logged and then reported to the council where they are dealt with by the street cleansing team and often by Streetscene enforcement officers who issue fines for fly-tipped waste.
