Pride Month is just around the corner, and there is a wide range of events and activities taking place in Hammersmith this June.
From theatre to community walks and celebrations, there’s something for everyone to get involved in and celebrate Pride Month in Hammersmith.
Riverside Studios, Hammersmith’s unique multi-arts venue, hosts a mixed programme of international theatre, cinema, dance, visual art, comedy and music. Some of their upcoming productions exploring the lives and experiences of LGBTQ+ people include:

WLQP Pride Month 10km Walk & Celebration in aid of MND (20 June)
The West London Queen Project (WLQP) will be setting off from the Civic Campus in Hammersmith for the fourth edition of their Pride Month 10km Walk & Celebration in aid of Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Kicking off at 11 am for a scenic 10km walk along the River Thames, participants will celebrate Pride through visibility and community before heading to the Black Lion for an afternoon of food and entertainment.

Hammersmith BID X WLQP Pride Social

Hammersmith BID and West London Queer Project invite levy-paying businesses for a social, celebrating Pride Month. Expect drinks, nibbles, networking opportunities and guest speakers.

Drag Queen Silent Disco Walking Tour
White Egg Events will be bringing their silent disco walking tour to the streets of Hammersmith on 20 June at Hammersmith’s Summer Street Fest. Led by drag queens, you’ll be able to strut your stuff while learning about Hammersmith history and celebrating local Pride.
Latymers – Pride In Beer! (1 June – 21 June)
To celebrate Pride Month, Latymers’ taps will be brimming with a curated selection of beers from brilliant breweries championing the LGBTQ+ community.

Be At One – Pride Weekender (27 June – 29 June)
Be At One in Hammersmith is proud to be not only an LGBTQ+ friendly bar, but also home of feel-good flavours and LGBTQ+ celebration.
In honour of Pride Month, for every Matcha Matcha Man cocktail sold, Be At One will be donating 50p to Stonewall Housing, a charity dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

You can also celebrate Pride Month with Primark this year.
Alongside policies shaped by its LGBTQ+ Colleague Network and its pledge to donate £75,000 to The Proud Trust, Home of LGBTQ+ Youth, Primark has launched its latest Pride range.
