Zero-emissions market returns

Zero-emissions market returns

Hammersmith BID is delighted to announce the second in the series of our Zero-Emissions Markets, which will take place on Sunday 13th February.

Following a successful inaugural market on Sunday 28th November, on Hammersmith Bridge Road, the BID had to cancel its scheduled second event on December 12th due to COVID-19 guidance from Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

However, the market will now return in a new location – adjacent to St Paul’s Church under the Hammersmith Flyover.

The BID will be hosting local traders, artists and craftspeople, starting at 11am, and products including clothing, gifts, art, jewellery, textiles and decorative objects will be on display. Valentine-themed gifts and cards will be on sale.

Stallholders will be using the BID’s zero-emissions delivery service, Parcels not Pollution, to deliver their goods to the site, and customers will be offered this option to get purchases home. Stalls and all equipment will be delivered via electric car or e-cargo-bike so that the market will create no emissions. Admission is free.
