Announcing the programme for our free Lunchtime Concerts at St Paul’s

As part of our Summer Festival, we are bringing another series of free lunchtime concerts to St Pauls Green. Bring your lunch and relax in a Hammersmith BID deckchair whilst watching London’s finest musicians perform. Each day will bring a refreshing mix of classical, folk and jazz, and we’re pleased to announce our programme for this year:

Tuesday 1 August, 12.30pm – 2.30pm | Sofiia Matviienko (flute) Ernest Syrota (guitar)

Performing a range of classical repertoire with a hint of Spanish motives, these two fine instrumentalists from Ukraine are presented by the Royal Academy of Music.

Wednesday 2 August, 12.30pm – 2.30pm | Violin duet with Amy Le-Mar and Elizabeth Merrifield

Both Guildhall School of Music and Drama master students, Amy and Elizabeth have dedicated their years to learning the violin and have experience in performance, both in solo, orchestral and chamber engagements across the UK.

Thursday  3 August, 12.30pm – 2.30pm | Nick Costley-White (Jazz solo guitar)

Having graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2011, Nick is one of the most in-demand guitarists on the UK jazz scene, renowned for a deep understanding of the jazz tradition and repertoire, alongside a virtuosic technique and progressive approach to improvising.

A complimentary soft drink will also be available for Privilege Card holders while stocks last.
